Zen Attitude Acupuncture located in Honolulu, HI is currently in network with all car insurances for car accidents.  We are in network with Triwest for both Acupuncture and Massage. 

 

For Acupuncture, we are in network with all major Hawaii health insurances, including HMSA, HMAA, UHA, UNITED, AETNA, and Kaiser.  You may call our office to check whether we are in network with your particular company, however, each plan within each company may vary, so please call the customer service number on the card on the back of your health insurance card to verify coverage.

For Naturopathic Medicine, we are not in network with any insurances at this time. If you have out of network benefits, please request a superbill from us so you may submit it to your insurance carrier.
